Oregon Agricultural Trust (OAT) is a statewide nonprofit organization that partners with farmers and ranchers to protect agricultural lands for the benefit of Oregon’s economy, communities, and landscapes. We do this by helping landowners protect their land for ag while accessing capital through working land easements. We also provide educational opportunities to farmers, ranchers and their service providers on succession planning, business viability, and working land easements.
